We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive with strong communication skills to handle customer interactions via voice and chat processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support, resolving customer queries, and encouraging customers to share reviews about our products.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.Respond to customer queries and issues via chat support promptly and effectively.Provide accurate product information and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.Guide and assist customers in troubleshooting product-related issues.Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.Politely encourage and convince satisfied customers to share their feedback and product reviews.Document all interactions and maintain records of customer communication.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.RequirementsProven experience in customer support (voice and chat process).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English / Hindi (additional languages are a plus).Strong listening and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and empathy.Basic knowledge of CRM tools or ticketing systems is preferred.Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.Preferred QualificationsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong persuasion skills to encourage customers to leave genuine reviews.
