Responsibilities:Monthly Curriculum Planning with Teachers: Collaborate with teachers to plan to engage and age-appropriate curriculum activities for preschool children.Day-to-Day Interaction with Parents: Maintain open communication with parents, addressing their concerns and providing updates on their childs progress.Counseling and Guiding Teachers: Support and guide teaching staff, ensuring they follow best practices in early childhood education.Organizing Events: Plan and execute events such as Sports Days and Annual Days, fostering a sense of community within the preschool.Procurement of Materials and Teaching Resources: Oversee the procurement of necessary materials and resources from vendors.Orientation for Class Parents: Conduct orientation sessions for parents to familiarize them with the preschools policies and practices.Running the Entire Centre: Ensure efficient management of all aspects of the center, including administrative tasks.Requirements and Skills:Educational Background: A background in education or related fields is preferred.Experience: Prior experience as a Centre Head or in a leadership role within a preschool setting.Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with parents, teachers, and staff.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.Knowledge of Licensing Requirements: Familiarity with licensing regulations for preschools.Passion for Early Childhood Education: A genuine interest in nurturing young minds and creating a positive learning environment.Remember, being a Centre Head in a preschool requires a balance of administrative skills, empathy, and a passion for early childhood education.
