We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the application development process. As an essential member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, facilitate communication, and ensure that our applications meet the needs and expectations of our clients.Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives Facilitate and lead requirements gathering workshops, and conduct interviews with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases Collaborate with development teams, providing clear and detailed business requirements and acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams Perform business process analysis, identify opportunities for process improvements, and recommend solutions that align with strategic goals Conduct impact analysis and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions Contribute to the development and execution of test cases to validate the accuracy and completeness of business requirements Support the refinement of product backlog and participate in sprint planning and review meetings

Should have Membership with, All India Institute of Speech and Hearing and Rehab Council of India registration (Required). The candidate will be given the opportunity to independently handle speech therapy sessions. Timing is 2.30 pm to 10 pm. 4 days a week Monday to Thursday.
