Network Expansion: Proactively identify and recruit new real estate agents, freelance brokers, and agencies to join our Channel Partner (CP) network.Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all onboarded partners, ensuring they are motivated and well-informed about our current inventories (e.g., Windsor Park, Winsten Park).Training & Enablement: Conduct regular briefings for partners regarding project USPs, payment plans, and promotional offers to ensure they can pitch effectively to their clients.Site Visit Coordination: Facilitate and manage site visits for clients brought in by Channel Partners, ensuring a seamless experience and high conversion rate.Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of partner-led leads and closures within our AppSheet CRM system.Conflict Resolution: Ensure transparency in lead tagging and brokerage payouts to maintain long-term trust with our partners.

Handling Income leads, providing detailed information for various service offering in a structured format and truthful manner. - Initiating & maintaining relationships with existing customers via online meetings, telephone calls & Email.- Coordination for customer feedback & exploring the opportunity to cross-sell/upsell other products/services.- Negotiating the term of an agreement and closing sales.- Staying in touch with the procurement department to check on the progress of existing orders & Payment releases. - Other duties as assigned by Management.
