Description: The candidate must have good skills in Understanding of our E-commerce portal, Well versed with internet and online shopping is an added advantage. The candidate should have the zeal in working with a growing start-up company to be part of the future innovations. Should be a self-driven, highly motivated and focused individual, who must possess a positive and result oriented approach. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team. Ideally, should have excellent oral and written English communication skills and be able to Co-ordinate with USA Clients. Knowledge of Photoshop is an added advantage.

To abide by the rules and regulation of the Hotel To receive and seat the Guest in a professional manner To ensure to present clean and presentable menus are presented to the Guest Reserving table as per Guest preference Helping team members whenever required To maintain proper records of bookings made in restaurant To do suggestive selling in order to up sell To co-operate with other service personnel in the restaurant for overall operational efficiency, particularly through proper maintenance of reservations, allocations of tables so as to facilitate service by appropriate distribution of workload. Maintaining a dignified and a gracious posture Sells forthcoming events at the restaurants and other Food & Beverages outlets of the hotel Maintaining menus and other Guests supplies and special equipment Maintain and update data bank on Guest Birthdays and Anniversaries To give an additional touch and personalized service to all Guests to enhance the image To maintain a professional attitude while conversing on the telephones To control and regulate the usage of Guest supplies.
