Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide product/service information, answer inquiries, and secure sales or follow-up appointments.- Build and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service and follow-ups.- Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.- Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant details for each interaction.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.
Safety: Ensuring passengers follow security regulations, distributing safety instructions, and conducting pre-flight safety demonstrations Comfort: Serving food and drinks, and providing in-flight entertainment Customer service: Answering questions, addressing issues, and resolving conflicts Assistance: Helping passengers with seating and luggage, and assisting with boarding and deplaning Cleaning: Keeping the cabin clean and organized First aid: Administering basic first aid when necessary Announcements: Making in-flight announcements, such as ETAs or seatbelt announcements COVID protocols: Following in-flight COVID protocols, such as encouraging customers to wear masks Cabin crew members need to have excellent customer service and verbal communication skills, and be able to remain calm in stressful situations. They should also be assertive when needed to manage difficult circumstances.
