Job DescriptionSoftware Systems Engineer, FDIR/FMECASummary:AST SpaceMobile is looking to hire a Software Systems Engineer specializing in Failure, Detection, Identification and Recovery to design, develop, and implement robust software solutions that ensure the reliable operation of critical systems. Your work will play a vital role in detecting future failure modes, and architecting effective recovery strategies to maintain system stability and safety on our Spacecraft.Duties and Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth Failure modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) studies on complex spacecraft systems to identify potential failure modes, their effects on the overall system, and their criticality levels.- Design and implement fault tolerance mechanisms, redundancy strategies, and failover mechanisms to ensure system stability and continuity of operations.- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and operational manuals.- Work closely with hardware engineers, systems engineers, and other software development teams to properly analyze and integrate- Participate in design, code reviews and testing with the team.Technical Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- At least 7+ years of professional experience working in a professional setting related to FMECA design and implementation- Proficiency in software development languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, or others, as well as experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS)- Familiar with reading and analyzing circuit diagrams and schematics- Comfortable using version control software, preferably Git- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team.- Experience with systems engineering and hardware-software integration

At ease with Internet andSmartphone usageField Sales experience of Minimum 10 - 15 years with Indian / MNC of repute, Minimum 03 5 years as ASM stint,Skills-To drive workshop consumption growth in line with Annual business plan. To monitor workshop reporting as per monthly plan and ensure target achievement by networks. Improve claim business to enhance workshop profitability through implementation of self-survey/virtual surveyportal & appointment of exclusive manpower for claim business. Ensure weekly parts order as per SOQ and movement code. Conduct dealers network meet at dealership during visit on monthly basis and share performance and actionplan to achieve the targets. Improve the AMC sale at workshop through implementing advance incentive scheme to staff. Ensure availability of special tools as per requirement at workshop and their uses. Improve PMP utilization at workshop. Workshop digitization through uses of TAB for JC opening & feedback capturing. Responsible for CPTV reduction and maintaining TAT at workshop. Timely submission of VTR to PMG. Compilation of product feedback for AO. Strengthening the PDI process at dealerships to avoid failure in early Kms. Conducting OJTs for workshop staff for any product updation. Providing Workshop staff training nominations to improve the RAT %. Network extension.
