We are seeking a creative and passionate individual with a strong understanding of fashion trends and an eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:Create original designs for bridal and formal wear, keeping abreast of current fashion trends and market demands.Develop detailed sketches and design specifications for production, ensuring alignment with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.Stay informed about fabric and garment technology advancements, incorporating innovative elements into designs.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.Participate in fittings and adjustments to ensure the perfect fit and design integrity.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a portfolio showcasing original designs.In-depth knowledge of bridal and formal wear trends, fabrics, and garment construction.Strong sketching and illustration skills, proficiency in design software is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.Passion for fashion, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.Flexibility to adapt to evolving design concepts and market demands.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 12,000.00 - 16,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleExperience:Fashion Designing: 2 years (Required)Work Location: In person
