We have vacant of 5 Bim Modeller Jobs in Pune, Experience Required : 3 Years Educational Qualification : Diploma, B.Arch, B.Tech, M.Arch, M.Tech Skill The main responsibilities of a BIM modeler include creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements, and using the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase. Additionally, they use BIM to support construct ability reviews, quantity take-offs, cost estimating, facility management, and operations during the buildings lifecycle. They also ensure data integrity and consistency across different BIM models and disciplines and stay current on updates and advancements in BIM technology. etc.

Lead the operations for Pultrusion process involving setting up the facility, development of product lines, new product developments etc.- Provide Thought Leadership in building an Organization which leverages People, Process and Technology to achieve Business objectives revolving around customer centric and innovative approach.Job specifications :- Managing the entire production process for efficient and effective production and cost competitiveness- Leading the R&D and design function for the Pultrusion process to meet customer expectations and remain competitive- Ability to control and impact changes in product changes in resin system, reinforcements , design changes etc.- Taking ownership for best in quality products with desired chemical and mechanical properties- Continuous monitoring of production process and introducing lean manufacturing process- Building efficient and agile team and guide them for better results.- Knowledge sharing with the team for continuous learning and growth- Driving new product developments, business developments and creating strong backups.Deliverables :- Setting up of end to end production facility for pultrusion production plant within 1 year and planned budget and can handle up to 300 pultrusion lines- Development of plant facility for product lines like telecom radomes, profiles, cooling towers etc.- Monitoring and improving plant performance indicators like plan vs. actual achievements, manpower productivity, asset life, plan vs. actual downtime etc.Key Skills :Domain Expertise and qualifications :- Experience in composite process specially Pultrusion process- B.E./B. Tech (preferably in mechanical, chemical, polymer science, manufacturing)- M. Design, construction, installation, and operation management of irrigation drainagenetwork systems Supervise and monitor the irrigation activities and take corrective action. Monitor the project's progress as per the submitted program by the contractor to takeappropriate action to catch the delay. Evaluate the variation orders and monthly progress claims. Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints. Prepare the update and prepare/generate reports on maintenance work in coordinationwith MEP. section Maintain the stock of repair parts to ensure appropriate maintenance of the irrigationsystem. Supervise and participate in the installation of any lines and ensure that the outsourcedtechnicians/maintenance staff are adequately utilizing the irrigation systems. Coordinate all activities related to and supervision of the third-party contractor'sirrigation staff. Ensure that third-party contractor's irrigation staff follow appropriate Safety and securityguidelines at all times. Monitor acquisition and use of materials Maintain confidentiality of information at alltimes. Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary or as assigned by the headsection. Provide workers with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadlines. Recommend changes in working conditions or equipment use to increase crew efficiency. Order the performance of corrective work when problems occur and recommendprocedural changes to avoid such problems.

Job Duties and Tasks for: Screen Printing Machine Setter and Set-Up Operator1) Sets and adjusts feed rollers, spindle reel, printing screens, and bolts to specifications.2) Starts dyeing oven and sets thermostat to temperature specified for printing run.3) Reviews print order to determine settings and adjustments required to set up manually controlled or automatic screen-printing machine or decorating equipment.4) Determines from orders type and color of designs to print.5) Adjusts position of design or screen to ensure specified color print registration.6) Trains workers in use of printing equipment and in quality standards.7) Counts and records quantities printed in production log.8) Inspects printing equipment and replaces damaged or defective parts, such as switches, pulleys, fixtures, screws, and bolts.9) Compares ink or paint prepared for printing run with master color swatch to confirm accuracy of match.10) Examines product for paint smears, position of design, or other defects and adjusts equipment.Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Work experience as a Screen Printer or a similar role in the Design department. Ability to create innovative designs. Strong physical stamina with an ability to lift heavy objects. Ability to work individually or as part of a team as and when required. Willingness to work for a long period of time. Ability to pack the final product in a professional manner.
