We are looking for a skilled Fabrication Engineer to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in fabrication and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree. This full-time position requires you to work in the office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Design and Prototype Development:** Create and test prototypes for new fabrication projects to ensure they meet design specifications and functional requirements.- **Material Selection:** Analyze and select suitable materials for various fabrication processes, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with design, production, and quality assurance teams to develop efficient fabrication processes and solve any issues that arise.- **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to enhance fabrication methods, aiming to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.- **Documentation Management:** Maintain accurate records and documentation of fabrication processes, including reports and technical drawings, to ensure compliance and traceability.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Strong background in fabrication processes and engineering principles is essential.- Proficient in using CAD software and other design tools for creating technical drawings and models.- Good understanding of material properties and their impact on fabrication.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, allowing effective teamwork across departments.- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards in all fabrication work.

Develop 2D and 3D designs of VFFS machines and components.- Update and improve existing machine designs for performance and efficiency.- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings and assembly layouts.- Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM).- Coordinate with production to resolve design-related issues.- Work closely with R&D for new concepts and prototypes.
