We are seeking a dedicated Production Engineer to join our team in Arasur, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience and a diploma in engineering. This full-time position requires a committed individual ready to enhance production processes.Key Responsibilities:- Process Improvement: Analyze existing production methods and propose enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.- Quality Control: Monitor production quality to ensure products meet industry standards and specifications, implementing corrective actions as needed.- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of production equipment, scheduling repairs and inspections to minimize downtime.- Team Coordination: Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication on production goals and challenges.- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities and report on performance metrics to management.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in using production management software and understanding engineering principles is essential. The role demands a proactive approach to tasks and the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. A willingness to adapt to new technologies and methods in production processes is also expected.

Perform detailed 3D Modeling of structural steel using SDS/2 software adhering to AISC standardsWork closely with Modeler/Checkers /Detailers must have knowledge of existing enginerign codes mathematics building materila and othe rphysical scinencesPrepare Accurately complete adn check all necessary system input forfinalisation of fabrication and erection odrawings , shop details and Bill of materials conduct document control through revision by keeping track of changes during the drawing creatin workflowMust comply with the requirements of the design drawings and all Industry standards and protocols such as those established by the AISC and AWA while complying with current OSHA & NISD guidelines etc.
