Roles and responsibilities:- Handling negotiations and end to end affairs of an artist.- Making suggestions as per the requirements and event.- Seeking out artist and building relations with them.- Complete management of the accommodation of an artist which would include their Stay, foodand travelling.- Making negotiations with the artist.- Performing dry run and technical like sound check with them.- Looking after the commercials before and after the events as per the agreement.- Looking after the hospitality and motivating them as per the requirement.- Should be aware of the current trends in the Art industry.- Show designing, entertainment planning which would include: Social events, corporate events,Fashion events, sports events, international events.- Show flow creation and execution. (minute to minute plan)- Network development.- Artist and talent management from Indias Got talent, famous dance and singing shows.- Creation of different ideas and innovation for the events.- 2 year bond compulsory.Skills Required:- Research & developmental skills- Excellent organisational skills- Strong convincing skills- Problem solving skills- Good analytical skills- Good communication and strong inter-personal skills.- Attention to the details- Flexible and adaptable

Managing the day-to-day activities of the CenterPreparing daily; monthly reports Overseeing the upkeep of the center Handling telephone calls and inquires Handling petty cash and maintaining its account Scheduling classes, Arranging demos Managing; Enhancing Customer Relationship Target Achievement Organizing and Planning recitals ; open house and other events
