The selected candidates will be responsible for plant operations, process monitoring, equipment maintenance, and ensuring smooth functioning of the wastewater treatment systems.Key ResponsibilitiesFor Mechanical Engineering Profile:Operate and maintain mechanical equipment: pumps, blowers, agitators, compressors, valves, motors, etc.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.Assist in installation, alignment, and servicing of mechanical and piping systems.Maintain equipment log sheets, lubrication schedules, and breakdown reports.Troubleshoot mechanical failures and coordinate with vendors for spare parts.Ensure mechanical systems run with maximum efficiency and minimum downtime.Common Responsibilities (Both Profiles):Support daily operation of ETP/STP/RO/UF/MBR units.Monitor process parameters and ensure optimal plant performance.Coordinate with the operations team for continuous and safe functioning.Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.Prepare daily reports and communicate issues to management.Required SkillsStrong understanding of wastewater treatment processes.Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage.Problem-solving & analytical mindset.Ability to work in plant/field conditions.Good communication and documentation skills.Salary Range18,000 40,000/month(Depends on experience, role, and plant operations)
