Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution: Supervise day-to-day on-site operations to ensure all work is completed according to project plans, engineering specifications, and architectural drawings.Quality Control (QA/QC): Monitor material quality, structural integrity, and workmanship. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets standard industrial codes and company protocols.Labor & Resource Management: Coordinate and supervise the site workforce (including subcontractors and laborers), assign daily tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.Site Safety Enforcement: Enforce strict health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols on-site to maintain a hazard-free work environment. The selected candidates will be responsible for plant operations, process monitoring, equipment maintenance, and ensuring smooth functioning of the wastewater treatment systems.Key ResponsibilitiesFor Mechanical Engineering Profile:Operate and maintain mechanical equipment: pumps, blowers, agitators, compressors, valves, motors, etc.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.Assist in installation, alignment, and servicing of mechanical and piping systems.Maintain equipment log sheets, lubrication schedules, and breakdown reports.Troubleshoot mechanical failures and coordinate with vendors for spare parts.Ensure mechanical systems run with maximum efficiency and minimum downtime.Common Responsibilities (Both Profiles):Support daily operation of ETP/STP/RO/UF/MBR units.Monitor process parameters and ensure optimal plant performance.Coordinate with the operations team for continuous and safe functioning.Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.Prepare daily reports and communicate issues to management.Required SkillsStrong understanding of wastewater treatment processes.Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage.Problem-solving & analytical mindset.Ability to work in plant/field conditions.Good communication and documentation skills.Salary Range18,000 40,000/month(Depends on experience, role, and plant operations)

- Operate and maintain CPCB and MPCB compliant equipment: Ensure compliance with Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) regulations while operating and maintaining equipment.- ETP Operation: Operate and maintain Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to ensure proper treatment of wastewater before discharging it into the environment.- STP Operator: Operate and maintain Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to treat sewage and wastewater effectively.- RO, MBR, UF Operations: Operate and maintain Reverse Osmosis (RO), Membrane Bioreactor (MBR), and Ultrafiltration (UF) systems for water treatment.- Plant Operations: Oversee all plant operations, including monitoring processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation.- Process Monitoring: Monitor and analyze processes within the plant to identify any deviations and implement corrective actions.- Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.Required Skills and Expectations:- Diploma in relevant field or equivalent experience.- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in operating and maintaining water treatment plants.- Knowledge of CPCB and MPCB regulations.- Proficiency in ETP and STP operation.- Familiarity with RO, MBR, and UF systems.- Strong troubleshooting skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team.- Good communication skills.- Physically fit to perform job duties.- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
