Estimation & Billing Engineer Job Vacancies in Bhubaneswar

The Estimator will assist in the preparation of cost estimates, scope development, subcontractor outreach, and proposal evaluations for multifamily construction projects, with a concentration in affordable housing. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with construction management software, particularly Procore.Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing detailed scopes of work based on design documents and project specifications. Coordinate and perform subcontractor outreach for pricing, ensuring broad and inclusive bid coverage. Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project scope. Maintain and update project data in Procore, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders. Support senior estimators in quantity take-offs, bid leveling, and the preparation of final bids. Attend pre-bid meetings and assist in bid out coordination. Track and manage RFI responses and addenda during the bidding process.
