Responsibilities include IMIR generation, Measurement preparation, cost estimation, and maintaining project records. They collaborate with teams - Projects, Costing, Purchase & Client to manage billing accuracy, and ensure timely submission of bills.Key Responsibilities:Generate and review invoices in line with contract terms and project milestones.Ensure accuracy in billing for labor, materials, and equipment.Maintain understanding of project scope and contract terms for accurate billing.Collaborate with various teams to gather project data for billing.Track project progress and address discrepancies promptly.Facilitate communication between teams and clients.Maintain Material reconciliation sheet for Delivery V/s Billed.Maintain the record for Billed quantity and unbilled quantity.Maintain the record for additional work done.Maintain the IMIR/ Material delivery tracker.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 4 years' billing experience in MEP construction.Proficient in MIS reporting.Strong MEP project management understanding.Skilled in accounting software and billing systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and financial accuracy.Problem-solving ability for billing discrepancies.Teamwork capability.Knowledge of industry regulations.Technical knowledge of material.
