Job Description: ERP ImplementerAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Implementer to join our growing team. Thesuccessful candidate will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of Enterprise ResourcePlanning (ERP) systems for our clients. This involves overseeing all aspects of the implementationprocess, from initial planning and configuration to user training and go-live support.Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of ERP implementation projects, including:o Project planning, scoping, and budgetingo Requirements gathering and analysiso System configuration, testing and customizationo Define test cases and test planso Data migration and integrationo User training and documentation o Go-live support and post-implementation maintenanceo Report regularly status to manager and updates to clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functionalrequirements for the ERP system. Also get user acceptance and testing done with clients. Configure and customize ERP systems according to client specifications, including but not limitedto:o Finance & Accounting (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)o Fixed Asset Management Systemo Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Production Planning)o Human Resources (Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance)o Doctors Accounting System Perform data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Develop and deliver comprehensive user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Knowledge of Finance & Accounts Activities-GST/TDS, Income tax .Exp with ERP implementation environment handling application, data, Platform& infrastructure integration services.Exp applying methodologies for ERP- Priority Software implementations.Required Candidate profileMonthly/QLY/Yearly closing process understanding.Audit Coordination Statutory/Internal Audit

Knowledge of preparation of details for filing returns like-GSTR-1,3B,4,9,9C and preparing of Data for GST audit/reply to notice. ExperienceKnowledge of TDS/TCS & filing of Return. Dealing with Auditor for statuary Audit.Required Candidate profileExperience of ERP for entering Supplier invoice, Bank voucher, cash vouchers.Deal with supplier client, and invoice queries
