JOB DESCRIPTION OF NURSE: Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports. Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions. Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments. Recording patient vital signs and medical information. Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests. Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Administering non-intravenous medications. Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members. Assessing, observing, and speaking to patients Recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health. Preparing patients for exams and treatment. Performing wound care, such as cleaning and bandaging them. Assisting in medical procedures as needed. Operating and monitoring medical equipment. Drawing blood, urine samples, and other body fluids for lab work. Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients charts. Monitor patients condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Observe and interpret patients symptoms and communicate them to physicians. Collaborate with physicians to devise individualized care plans for patients. Adjust and administer patients medication and provide treatments according to physicians orders. Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.) Provide instant medical care in emergencies Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their familiesRequirements and skills Clinical skills Bedside manner Infection control Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures. Educational Qualification: B.tech in ChemicalEngineering from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with not less than 50% marks. Diploma (Preferred)Job description Should have knowledge of testing of chemical materials like unsaturated polyester resin, peroxide hardener, accelerator, styrene monomer acetone, Glass fiber, internal and external release agents, pigments, minerals fillers, and other process improvements additives.
