We are seeking a skilled and experienced Embroidery Puncher. As an Embroidery Puncher, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digitized embroidery designs and operating embroidery machines to produce intricate and precise embroidery work.Responsibilities:Digitize and convert artwork or designs into embroidery files using specialized software.Interpret design specifications, sketches, or reference materials provided by clients or designers.Operate embroidery machines, set up the machine, load designs, and adjust machine settings as necessary.Select appropriate materials, threads, and colors to achieve the desired embroidery effect.Ensure accurate placement, alignment, and stitching of embroidery designs.Troubleshoot and address any issues or errors that may arise during the embroidery process.Conduct quality control inspections to ensure finished embroidery work meets high standards.Collaborate with clients, designers, and team members to ensure clear communication and understanding of design requirements.Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of embroidery files, materials, and equipment.Requirements:Proven experience as an Embroidery Puncher, with a strong portfolio showcasing your digitizing and embroidery skills.Proficiency in embroidery digitizing software, such as Wilcom, Pulse, or similar programs.Familiarity with different embroidery machine models and their operation.Excellent understanding of various fabrics, materials, and threads used in embroidery.Attention to detail and ability to create precise and accurate embroidery designs.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and address technical issues.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet production deadlines.To apply for this position, please submit your resume, portfolio showcasing your digitized embroidery designs.
