Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Supervision: Lead the on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of comprehensive ELV systems, ensuring strict alignment with approved shop drawings, project timelines, and quality benchmarks.System Integration: Manage the deployment and integration of various low-voltage subsystems, including:Security Systems: IP CCTV surveillance, Access Control Systems (ACS), and Intrusion Detection.Life Safety Systems: Addressable Fire Alarm Systems and Public Address/Voice Evacuation Networks.Building Infrastructure: Structured Cabling Networks, LAN/Wi-Fi networking infrastructure, Audio-Visual (AV) systems, and Intercom/EPABX.Automation: Basic integration with Building Management Systems (BMS).Engineering Review & Material Control: Verify technical drawings, schematics, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Coordinate with the procurement team for Material Receipt Inspections on-site to verify components match approved technical specifications.Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Supervise specialized ELV subcontractors, assign daily targets, track progress, and evaluate workmanship.Client & Consultant Coordination: Attend weekly progress meetings with clients, main contractors, and MEP consultants to resolve engineering queries (RFIs) and coordinate structural containment dependencies (conduits, cable trays).Testing & Handover: Conduct final system loop testing, programming, and calibration. Prepare comprehensive handover documentation, including As-Built drawings, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, and client training logs.

Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for ELV systems including AV setups, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems.Collaborate with engineers to convert technical specifications into accurate schematics and layouts.Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry codes.Update and revise drawings based on feedback and site modifications.Assist in preparing documentation such as equipment schedules, cable routing plans, and bill of quantities.Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of drafting outputs.

1. Design and planning of Security and ELV systems for all types of buildings from concept design through to detailed design. Design , Fire Alarm , CCTV , BMS, Access Control , BOQ.2. Provide design solutions for technical issues for Security and ELV systems design.3. Auto CAD Knowledge.4. Good understanding of building systems related to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.5. Design acumen for Smart Services and Building management system will be an added advantage.

ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) Draughtsman Diploma/Graduate /12th -Draughtsman Experience- 4 to 8 yearsMEP & Data Centre Business requiredImmediate Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Presale team to quantify requirements based on tender specifications. Work on both design lumpsum and quantity lumpsum formats as required. Ensure accurate and detailed drafting for precise quantification.
