diploma/graduate /12th -draughtsman

experience- 4 to 8 years

mep & data centre business required

immediate responsibilities:

• collaborate closely with the presale team to quantify requirements based on tender specifications. • work on both design lumpsum and quantity lumpsum formats as required.

• ensure accurate and detailed drafting for precise quantification.

• coordinate with the engineering and sales teams to align on project requirements and expectations.

mandatory knowledge in elv systems:

• aspiration smoke detection (asd) system

• rodent repellent system

• water leak detection system

• fire alarm system

• access control system

• cctv system

• public address system (pas)

• bms system (building management system)

• physical security system

• data centre infrastructure management (dcim)

• audio-visual & networking works
