Routine serviceing, Safety check, , equipment survey.2. Service reporting and spares recommended for replacement, not covered under Service contract so customer taking now.3. Always record arrival and departure details to call center & on service docket.4. Always record work details on log book before leaving the site.5. Always use proper tools.6. Always follow SWP (Safe working process )7. Always follow the lock-out &tag-out procedure.8.
