Technicians Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob Roles & Responsibilities Fresher - 3+ Years of experience in Elevators Industry Assemble, install, repair, and maintain elevators Review blueprints or specifications to determine work equipment's Test newly installed equipment to ensure that it meets specifications Maintaining and Repairing Mechanical Equipment Expert in electric wiring and should possess good knowledge on electronics Maintain logbooks that detail all repairs & check performed Check that safety regulations and building codes are met Good verbal and written communications skills is a must (English / Hindi + other language) Self-motivated, disciplined, polite and should maintain cleanliness at job Ability to take additional responsibility Should be a quick learner and a team player

Liaise with customers on maintenance and breakdown & repair works, with AMC Renunciation and elevator modifications so customers to taking the new features, money collection work, and software updating, elevator men drive & Car Door Operator drive parameter feeding and commissioning work.1. Routine serviceing, Safety check, , equipment survey.2. Service reporting and spares recommended for replacement, not covered under Service contract so customer taking now.3. Always record arrival and departure details to call center & on service docket.4. Always record work details on log book before leaving the site.5. Always use proper tools.6. Always follow SWP (Safe working process )7. Always follow the lock-out &tag-out procedure.8. Always check the all guards must be in place, all jumpers & lock-out, tag-out must be removed and make sure the unit is safe for customer use.9. Be safe at work or you might miss welcome home, A hug10. Always use PPE (personal protective equipment)
