This position involves supporting our production team by ensuring components are correctly assembled, organized, and tested for quality.Responsibilities:Testing: Conduct functional testing of electronic components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.Soldering: Perform precise soldering on PCBs and other electronic components to complete assemblies.Component Kitting: Gather and organize components according to production needs to streamline assembly processes.5S Implementation: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace by following 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).Documentation: Record and report testing results, identify and address defects, and maintain organized records of assembled components.

1-2 year experience in Electrical and Control panel manufacturing field, knowledge of electrical and electronics parts and Cables like FRLS-ZH etc

Reporting to the MD and GM (operations)coordinate with technical team to develop business with clients with Defense Labs, Airforce Labs, ISRO, HAL and other Electronic and communication based industries.Good Communication skillsKnowledge is mandatory in Electronics and its components.

Bachelors degree with 2-3 years of proven success in a similar role.
