Your role will involve working with electrical installations and ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:1. **Installation of Electrical Systems**: You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and components based on technical drawings or specifications.2. **Troubleshooting and Repair**: Identify and fix issues with electrical equipment and systems, ensuring they are in proper working order.3. **Maintenance Work**: Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems to prevent malfunctions and ensure reliability.4. **Following Safety Protocols**: Adhere to safety standards and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.5. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and installation work done, ensuring compliance with company policies.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have completed their 10th grade and possess an ITI certificate in Electrical Work. You should have a good understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry. A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential. Applicants must be willing to work from the office in Bhopal and possess a basic knowledge of safety regulations in the electrical field.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, wiring diagrams, and other specifications, as required, to determine and correctly follow installation proceduresReads and interprets electrical blueprints and schematicsProvides troubleshooting and demand maintenance work on a variety of equipment and systems including centrifuges, compressors, gear boxes, autoclaves, washers, blowers, mixers, reactors, pumps, conveyors, heat exchangers, motor control centers, electronically controlled equipment and instruments, air handlers, overhead doors, dock levelers, along with other equipment related to production and facility operationsWorks on PLC control systems for all plant equipmentRepair carpet manufacturing breakdown lines safely and efficientlySupports on-call response as neededPerforms various Housekeeping activitiesPM, Troubleshoot and Repair all types of electrical equipment failures including but not limited to 69kv air breakers, 138kv breakers, 69kv to 12.47kv transformers, substation breakers and controls, 480 volt motor control centers, AC and DC motors, contactors, capacitors, transformers, process equipment and electronic control system devices including variable speed motor controllers, signal transmitters and convertersSafely shut down electrical systems and/or equipment to allow for inspections, renovations, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting of process control instruments and related systemsRepair equipment during maintenance shut downs
