We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee our electrical operations in Kolkata South. The ideal candidate will ensure that all electrical installations and maintenance work are carried out efficiently and safely while adhering to industry standards.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Supervise Electrical Work:** Lead a team of electricians in daily tasks, ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards.- **Plan and Schedule Tasks:** Create work schedules and allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines.- **Inspect and Evaluate Installations:** Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and installations to identify any issues and ensure compliance with regulations.- **Train Team Members:** Provide ongoing training and support to electricians to develop their skills and ensure they adhere to safety practices.- **Maintain Records:** Keep accurate records of all electrical work, including inspections, repairs, and installations, for future reference and compliance.- **Coordinate with Other Departments:** Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and project completion.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in electrical supervision or a related field. An I.T.I. qualification is essential.Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary to manage the team effectively. The candidate should be knowledgeable about electrical systems, safety practices, and relevant regulations. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure quality workmanship. The ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently is also essential in this role.

QUALIFICATION: 12th Grade passed minimum. AGE BRACKET: Upto the age of 35 Years.EXPERTISE: Experience1. Experience of execution/Personal involvement in Electrical Works.2. PAN INDIA Exposure is Optional but should be ready to take the challenge.3. Exposure of working with MNC/Corporates is optional, however this will be add-on to his selection criteria in case if he possesses.4. Minimum 15 Lacs to 20 Lacs Sq. Ft of Project completed under his involvement.5. Must know AUTO CAD and MS Office.
