Co-ordination with a consultant regarding site related activities and solved the issue. Attend daily site related meetings with technical staff and contractors. Collect the GFC drawing from the consultant and specification of material. Take the coordination drawing from the contractor and execute the quantity at site. Installation, Testing & commissioning of L.T. panel.Detail Know how of Tender and scope of workMonitoring of physical as well as financial progress of work as per schedule .Coordination with Vendors, client and consultant for approval of materialOverall monitoring of electrical workTo procure required material for site in time .To prepare techno comm comparitive statement To prepare Purchase / Work orders Follow up with Vendors for timely supply of materialTracking of payments for material purchased .Verification of Reconcillation of MaterialVerification of BOQ Actual v/s Drawing quantity provided by Site eng.Maintaining records in soft copy like Drawings, approved documents,warranty certificate ,tech manuals etc for smooth hand over of project To provide technical support for preparation of maintainance schedule during DLP periods.Knowledge sharing To carry out minimum one site visit during month for inspection .Any other point which required to complete the project but not cover in above points.ERP related activitie like BOQ amendment, New vendor registration,Work order and Labour bill checkingSite coordinationPreparation of monthly meeting data
