Position Electrical shift incharge ( sponge iron unit )Location - Raigarh chhattisgarhSalary - 25000 to 30000Experience - 4 +yearQualification Diploma / B.E in electricalRole & ResponsibilitiesShift Supervision:Supervise and lead the electrical team during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.Equipment Operation and Maintenance:Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical equipment, including but not limited to transformers, switchgear, motors, and control systems within the sponge iron manufacturing unit.Troubleshooting:Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments of electrical systems to identify and rectify faults, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous production.Preventive Maintenance:Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.Safety Compliance:Enforce safety procedures and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety among the electrical team. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions.Coordination with Other Departments:Collaborate with mechanical, production, and quality control teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication for effective production processes.Emergency Response:Lead the electrical team in responding to emergency situations, including power outages, equipment failures, and other critical incidents. Implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions.Documentation:Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, equipment performance, and incident reports. Prepare shift reports detailing activities and issues.Training and Development:Conduct training sessions for the electrical team to enhance technical skills and ensure a high level of competency.
