Electrical Project Engineer Graduate Experience Jobs in Bangalore

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer or Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical installation and commissioning works across our project locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling electrical systems for construction or industrial projects, with proven experience in MEP-focused roles. The position requires hands-on supervision, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across various teams to ensure timely and quality project execution. The candidate must possess strong team leadership capabilities to manage and guide site engineers, technicians, and support staff throughout project lifecycles.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and site staff to effectively execute all electrical works on site.Ensure the team performs assigned responsibilities with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of key power infrastructure including transformers, HT/LT panels, DG sets, and substation components.Conduct erection of double-pole structures and transformer substations in accordance with site requirements.Oversee underground and overhead cable laying activities in alignment with approved project drawings while accommodating site-specific conditions.Manage reconductoring and replacement of HT/LT lines, installation of new double pole structures, and erection of spun poles.Inspect and supervise all cable termination and identification work to ensure quality and accuracy across internal and external wiring systems.Ensure effective communication and collaboration between engineering teams, site staff, and management to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, testing, andcommissioning within construction or industrial environments.M.Tech in Electrical Engineering is preferable but not mandatory.Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a project execution environment.Strong knowledge of MEP systems, site execution practices, and electrical safety standards.Demonstrated leadership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Evaluate electronic components related to the production process or the quality of final product parts and determine when there is a need for changes to the process.Decipher complex plans, drawings, diagrams, blueprints and instructions in order to complete installation or practice troubleshooting of electronics systems, parts or wiring networks.Record information and results about product or electronic performance by detailing testing methods, documenting possible issues and listing part specifications.Partner with mechanical or electrical engineers to fine tune the repair and diagnostic process in the work environment.

1. Site visits to assess required electrical and mechanical work at site (Quantity Survey).2. Understanding the layout drawings and modify the same as per proposed site work.3. Daily monitoring of site and submitting daily reports.4. Coordination with Customer's team at site and avail necessary permissions & facilities.5. Finalizing labour contractors for electrical, mechanical, civil works etc.6. Explanation of work & coordination with Labor Contractor and sub-vendors.7. Receiving labour bills and processing contractor payments.8. Assess the materials requirements at site and raise indents.9. Coordinate with Stores and Purchase department for delivery of materials and get the acknowledgement from customer.10. Get measurement certifications with site QS Teams.11. To implement all necessary safety precautions at site.12. To take responsibility of safety and security of companys materials at site.13. To return all companys materials back to Stores after completion of work at site.14. Must have the ability to organize labour at site on short notice for works like Loading, Unloading etc. at site.15. To attend site meetings regularly.16. To coordinate with the customers Site Managers for work like arranging temporary power, certification etc.17. Creating B.O.M as per site condition and work order.18. Submitting documents and getting approval for W.O amendments.19. Will be responsible for maintain cleanliness and perfect housekeeping of all sites.20. Collect payment certificate from customers.
