Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate work schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.4. Document Management: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs, reports, and site drawings.5. Resource Allocation: Assist in planning and managing resources such as labor, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity on site.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess a degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in civil engineering software and the ability to analyze designs and drawings are required. A solid understanding of construction processes and safety regulations is crucial to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities* Monitor solar PV system performance via SCADA/remote monitoring platforms.* Analyze daily system data to identify performance issues, underperformance, or faults.* Generate and distribute regular performance reports and maintenance alerts.* Collaborate with field technicians to coordinate corrective maintenance actions.* Track and log all maintenance activities, fault reports, and resolutions.* Maintain and improve dashboards and data collection systems.* Develop standard operating procedures for monitoring and escalation.
