Although experience in tunnel is not mandatory but look for the following skill set:Firefighting & DetectionVentilation System (With tunnel working experience)PSS ElectricalCable layingLighting & cable trayQA/QCSCADAQuality lead : Should be having execution experience of Tunnel E&M incl. Ventilation, fire fighting and electrical works. Quality background is not mandatory. ( Ideal candidates will be execution managerof companies like Servonics/ GR infra, etc ; already one candidate which we interviewed 2 days back should be the right fit)Quality engineers : Should have execution experience for electrical works in Power distribution, Tunnel E&M experience is not mandatory but should be having experience in cabling / cable tray/ substationWorks, etc of similar nature (preferably people worked in metro projects could be pushed).
