The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of electrical installations, quantity measurement, and preparation of bills as per drawings and specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Site Execution Supervise electrical works at site including wiring, conduits, panels, lighting, earthing, and power systems Ensure electrical work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards Coordinate with civil team, MEP teams, contractors, and labour Inspect material quality and ensure proper installation practices Prepare daily site progress reportsBilling & Quantity Measurement Prepare RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills for electrical works Take site measurements and prepare BOQs and quantity abstracts Verify quantities as per drawings and actual site execution Maintain measurement books, billing files, and supporting documents Coordinate with accounts and management for bill submission and approvalsPlanning & Coordination Assist in electrical work planning and execution schedules Identify site issues, clashes, or delays and propose solutions Coordinate with consultants, clients, and vendors when requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in an electrical contractor firm Strong knowledge of electrical site execution and billing Experience in residential / commercial / mixed-use projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office Knowledge of BOQs, drawings, specifications, and electrical standards Ability to manage both site work and office billing responsibilitiesPreferred Candidate Profile MEP coordination experience is an advantage Practical, site-oriented approach Capable of working independently under deadlines Strong coordination and documentation skillsSalary As per experience and industry standards
