Prepare comparison statement with final rates of vendors with suitable payment terms Conduct factory/site inspection before dispatch clearance and or final payment Attend technical, marketing seminar of new products as well as existing products. Educate site supervisor, Engineer with tender specification, Drawings, Barchart and BOQ Material re-conciliation at the time of indent, Material indent approval Prepare RA for extra items & get it approved from Department.
