We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer or Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical installation and commissioning works across our project locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling electrical systems for construction or industrial projects, with proven experience in MEP-focused roles. The position requires hands-on supervision, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across various teams to ensure timely and quality project execution. The candidate must possess strong team leadership capabilities to manage and guide site engineers, technicians, and support staff throughout project lifecycles.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and site staff to effectively execute all electrical works on site.Ensure the team performs assigned responsibilities with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of key power infrastructure including transformers, HT/LT panels, DG sets, and substation components.Conduct erection of double-pole structures and transformer substations in accordance with site requirements.Oversee underground and overhead cable laying activities in alignment with approved project drawings while accommodating site-specific conditions.Manage reconductoring and replacement of HT/LT lines, installation of new double pole structures, and erection of spun poles.Inspect and supervise all cable termination and identification work to ensure quality and accuracy across internal and external wiring systems.Ensure effective communication and collaboration between engineering teams, site staff, and management to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, testing, andcommissioning within construction or industrial environments.M.Tech in Electrical Engineering is preferable but not mandatory.Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a project execution environment.Strong knowledge of MEP systems, site execution practices, and electrical safety standards.Demonstrated leadership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Worked on MEP CxA Commissioning projects as a Commissioning engineer & execute following responsibilities:Execute MEP Commissioning projects in a Quality Timely characteristics TechnicallyThis will result in customer satisfaction.MEP CxA Engineer: Support the project execution by Supporting CxA Manager / Project lead by carrying out following tasks:1. Carryout MEP CxA / Peer Review project assigned as per the client requirements & timelines. 2. Executing project under guidance of Execution Lead / CxA Manager for Service delivery3. Preparing day to day documentations for the projects4. Support Execution Lead for Timely Service delivery for the project. 5. Document project related documentation on day-to-day basis such as Method statements / Reports / Commissioning Plan / LEED Documentation for all credits / Snag Report / etc.6. Execute Day to Day project tasks as assigned by the project execution lead / CxA Manager. 7. Participating in weekly meetings & regular project team interactions along with project lead8. Co-ordinate with different project team members from other consultants or contactors for delivering project in timely & quality manner9. Attend & Witness necessary Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning activities on site independently / under guidance of Lead or CxA Manager. 10. Prepare necessary documentations for Commissioning11. Keep Project on track with timely observations & Documentations.12. Give Time to time consultations, on execution of Project activities, technical aspects13. Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering Degree from an accredited college or university.Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS Engineering, Testing & CommissioningSCADA, PLC, BMS engineering/programming experience preferred.Strong understanding of OPC, BACnet, Modbus protocol to include IP, ETH and MS/TPDesign, development, commissioning, and testing of Building automation systemsBMS/SCADA/HMI graphic screen developmentIO Loop test and Functional testBasic knowledge on SQL database programming.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsProviding technical support to clientsExperience with current trends in automation and instrumentation to be able to select and implement modern controls architecturesStrong communication and organizational skills
