Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies and help them enhance their specific skills. 1) Career Counselling for prospective applicants and their parents, both over the phone and in-Person (if required), during the admission process, Entitled for Telephonic Counselling, Video Counselling if required.2) Helping students to choose the right course.3) Managing complete admission process4) Regular follow up with leads5) Converting students and enquiries to admissions6) Regular activities to convert negative leads into positive leads.7) Willingness to work in extra time if required8) Dedicated to work and create your own targets.9) Candidate will be responsible for calling and handling students10) Candidate must possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills11) Excellent Communication in Malayalam and English.12) Reporting the issues faced by the students to the managers.13) candidates must be available for all meetings conducted by team managers, ABM, AGM on time.14) proper feedbacks and reporting is a must.15) should be active in the WhatsApp group and response in the group is a must.16) Need to visit the colleges if required.17) WFH.
