Client Advisory:- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, offering expert guidance on educational programs, admissions processes, and career pathways.- Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to understand their academic and career goals, and align them with suitable programs.Strategic Partnerships:- Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with educational institutions, agencies, and key stakeholders to enhance recruitment channels.- Collaborate with external partners to develop joint initiatives and maximize recruitment opportunities.Recruitment Strategy:- Contribute to the development of comprehensive student recruitment strategies and tactics.- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.Team Collaboration:- Work closely with the overseas partners ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.- Provide training, mentorship, and support to junior consultants to enhance their skills and performance.Events and Outreach:- Represent the company at educational fairs, conferences, and events to promote programs and attract prospective students.- Organise and participate in outreach activities to engage with the community and generate interest in our educational offerings.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field; - Proven experience in student recruitment, preferably within the higher education sector.
