The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales, with the willingness to manage both sales coordination and administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, bookings, and client communication.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Sales Head in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities.Manage appointments, travel bookings, and meetings.Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation.Coordinate with internal teams and clients to support ongoing sales projects.Handle client queries and follow-ups in alignment with the sales team.Support administrative tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.Key RequirementsGraduate/Postgraduate with 47 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role.Strong background in sales operations with good communication skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to balance sales responsibilities with administrative support.
