With a strong foundation in engineering excellence, we deliver compliant, energy-efficient, and customized cleanroom environments that meet global standards.Job Summary:The Project Manager HVAC Cleanroom is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering HVAC and cleanroom projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves end-to-end project management including resource planning, client coordination, contractor supervision, and quality control. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of HVAC and cleanroom systems, excellent organizational skills, and proven leadership capabilities to manage multidisciplinary teams across pharmaceutical and high-tech industry projects.Key Responsibilities:1) Plan, execute, and oversee HVAC cleanroom projects from initiation to completion.2) Develop and manage detailed project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.3) Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.4) Monitor site progress, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and resolve any technical or logistical issues.5) Supervise and lead site engineers, contractors, and labor teams across multiple project locations.6) Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and client specifications.7) Handle project documentation, including schedules, reports, change orders, and completion certificates.8) Participate in project review meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.Qualifications:Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or a related field. PMP Certification (preferred but not mandatory).Experience: 610 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 3 years in HVAC & cleanroom project execution. Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or controlled environment industries is highly desirable.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC & cleanroom systems, including ducting, AHUs, BMS, and utility integration. Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD. Sound understanding of project budgeting, costing, and scheduling. Familiar with industry codes and standards like ISHRAE, ASHRAE, CGMP, and FDA.Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. High attention to detail with a solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
