The incumbent on the job roles carrying out tting and fabrication operations like measuring, marking out, sawing, grinding, drilling, chiseling, Mechanical Assembly: Assemble mechanical components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Installation: Assistance to engineers. One have to travel for sites.

Work details: Material Loading, and Un-Loading, Material Packing, Knowledge of Drilling, Tapping, Grinding, Cutting, Finishing, Helping to material movement, Helping to another persons, work as per supervisor instruction, etc.

Drilling Knowledge

1) Assemble and fit components according to drawing and specifications 2) Perform hardware drilling and tapping operation accurately and efficiently 3) Ensure high quality workmanship and attention to detail 4) Participate in continuous improvements and initiatives to optimize process 5) Collaborate with team members to meet the production deadline

Assembling and fitting: Fitters assemble and fit parts of machinery, equipment, and structures. They may also dismantle structures for transportation. Reading drawings: Fitters read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine the materials, methods, and settings needed for a job. Using tools: Fitters use hand and power tools to cut, shape, file, plane, bore, and drill metal. They may also use welding methods like MIG and TIG. Maintaining and repairing: Fitters perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment. They may also diagnose problems and report issues to a manager. Following safety regulations: Fitters ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborating: Fitters may collaborate with other fitters on large-scale projects. Keeping records: Fitters keep accurate records of all maintenance work done
