Job DescriptionRole & responsibilitiesWill be responsible for installations, maintenance, trouble shooting and upkeep of the IT infrastructure, devices and network at the client locations. Will include device management, server management, user policies and management, data backup- (onprem. cloud), mail management etc.Services may be deputed at client site (or be on call basis- mainly central and south Delhi).1. Comfortable speaking fluently / understanding the English language5. CCNA training (formal certification not essential)6. Preferably resident of South/ central Delhi (or close to yellow line)7.
