Key ResponsibilitiesManagement Representative (MR) Duties: Act as the primary liaison with external certification bodies, customers, and regulatory authorities during system audits; lead internal Management Review Meetings (MRM) with senior leadership.System Maintenance & Compliance: Ensure all plant or corporate processes align with ISO and other industry-specific compliance standards.Documentation & Control: Design, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, work instructions, and documentation control frameworks across all departments.Internal Audit Coordination: Plan, schedule, and execute regular internal system audits; train internal auditors and evaluate audit findings.Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA): Track non-conformances (NCs) raised during audits, facilitate root-cause analysis with department heads, and monitor the timely closure of CAPAs.Process Improvement: Review operational metrics and KPIs across production, quality, maintenance, and HR to recommend continuous process improvements.
