Job Type: Full-TimeSalary 7 Lacs 10 LacsExperience - 5 TO6 Mold Design And Tool And Die Making SoftwareJob Description of Mould Design Engineer Main Task Summary To Execute New parts Mould design, Participate Tool design Review and Detail parts feasibility with customer and Internal dept Tool design analysis with tool maker, Maintain tooling time plan in line with customer target, and Insist to tool maker Stage wise tool inspection records, implement best tool design practices.Tasks Summary & ResponsibilitiesParticipate in Tool trials on the Machines and generate tool trial reports and LLC of TGW and TGR.Responsible for New parts mould design and detail part feasibility study of each new product development with CFT and in time mould design completion with tooling time plan.I Review of mould design with tool room head or tool maker.. Review of inspection report same to discuss with tool maker for corrective action. And conduct the tool trials and record tool trial reports.Update the tool developments status to every week and send to customer.Required mould flow report analysis knowledge.Requirements for a typical Job Holder / ApplicantEducational Degree Diploma in Tool & Die Making (BE, NTTF,GTTC, IGT.PDITD)Professional Experience Min of 5-6 Yrs. Experience in Mould design and Tool & Die makingSoft wear-Catia.UG And Auto cadKnowledge & Skills Other important things to noteHands on Experience in computer skillsKnowledge of MS Office, Outlook Skills, Power point presentation. Able to read 2D drawing, make wire entry, selection of raw material for press tool, assembly of new press tool, trial of new developed tool, troubleshooting of running press tools. Preventive & breakdown maintenance of press tool. ISO & documentation. Self driven, able to handle pressure. Able to operate drill, milling, surface grinder & related machines required in tool room.

Looking for an Extrusion Die specialist To fine tune our new dies, examine and have Dies Manufactured, Install, maintain and guide the Extruder operator in the production of profile with settings thereof.Troubleshoot equipment and process issues.Responsible also for removal and cleaning of Dies on shut down.Police verification is mandatory for all candidates before joining.About us:Diversification of businesses in existence for over 50 years with former ventures in the construction Industry and awarded the first license in the county to manufacture building materials using polymers.
