Well knowledge in Plastic injection tool and die making and tool room machine operators (Turning, Milling, Grinding, Sparking, VMC)

Die Assembly: Assemble the dies & plate according to engineering drawings. Utilize machining toolssuch as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM machines to shape, cut, and finish dies withprecision.Die Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular maintenance and repair of existing dies to ensure optimalperformance and longevity. Perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustmentsor repairs to maintain die functionality.Die Adjustment: Set up and adjust dies and tooling to achieve desired casting specifications, includingdimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material integrity. Fine-tune die settings based on feedbackfrom production processes and quality inspections.Quality Control: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to verify casting quality and identify areas forimprovement. Conduct dimensional inspections, analyze defects, and implement corrective actions toenhance casting quality and consistency.Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance die design,manufacturing processes, and tooling technologies. Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency gains,cost savings, and quality enhancements in die fabrication and casting production.Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure a safeworking environment. Follow established procedures for handling, storing, and maintaining equipment,tools, and materials used in die making and gravity die casting operations.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of die fabrication, maintenance activities, andperformance metrics. Generate reports on die status, production yields, downtime, and quality issues tosupport decision-making and process optimization.
