MANAGING THE PRODUCTION LINE AND SOLVING PROBLEM WITHIN THE FACTORY AND PRODUCTION RELATED PROBLEMS AS WELL

You have to co-ordinate with other Engineers and senior staffs in the day-to-day activities. Assisting in compiling Tenders. Scrutiny & Evaluating tenders documents, drawing & schedules etc. Floating Enquiries to Suppliers/Manufacturers. Comparison Studies based on suppliers quotation. Negotiations with suppliers on both technical & commercial aspects of products. Pricing for Electricals Tenders/ BOQs. Tender Documentations & submitting the Bid / offer in time & follow ups. Record keeping of Bid & Offers, Manufacturers & Suppliers Technical data etc. Making Pre- Qualification documents & submission for the project specific questionnaires. Develop detailed project schedules, including milestones and deadlines for electrical installations. Allocate tasks to electrical subcontractors and internal team members. Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify potential delays. Review electrical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with codes. Prepare project status reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and potential risks. Address any technical or logistical concerns that arise during the project. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including electrical drawings, permits, inspection reports, and change orders.

The Project Engineer shall be responsible for directly managing the front-line team, supervising the civil / mechanical / electrical works, providing pro-active solutions, coordinating with the project manager and other stakeholders to keep the project on track Interact daily with the clients / vendors to expedite site project work Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects Coordinate and communicate effectively with customer, project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions Supporting the Project Planner for Planning & Scheduling Presenting daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports Quantity Surveying Checks Review project deliverables and take corrective actions if any Have a Check on Overall Quality of Work Performed Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
