The team covers broker, custodian, fund accountant and client reconciliation for all derivative asset classes including not limited to F&;O, IRS, CDS, CDX, and TRS. We are looking for a Temp position for the confirmations process, which is getting transitioned from US. This position will be located in India, Mumbai office.Primary ResponsibilitiesIncoming confirmation review: Review the incoming confirmations from different counterparts for Equity Linked Swaps, FX Options, and Commodity swaps for all trade events (new trade, partial termination, full termination, upsize) Match the trade economics and legal language mentioned on the confirmations against the front office booking system. Follow up with counterparts for confirmations. Prioritize review of confirmations for Separately Managed Funds (SMA). Liaise with counterpart and / or Middle Office in case of discrepancies on the confirmations. Provide executed confirmation to counterparts. Provide standard and ad-hoc reporting to the West Conshohocken Derivatives teams Make recommendations on process improvements and control enhancementsShift time: 12pm 9pm / 1pm 10 pmAcceptable notice period: Upto 1 Month Max Budget in INR: 7LPA MaxNumber of openings: 1Contract Duration: 12 months Extendable and convertible on performance payroll
