Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment:Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end delivery process to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Monitor the daily dispatch of goods and track delivery schedules.Recruitment of Delivery Boys:Identify and recruit delivery personnel based on operational needs.Conduct interviews, background checks, and onboarding processes for new recruits.Train delivery boys on company policies, delivery procedures, and customer service standards.Team Coordination:Manage and guide delivery personnel to achieve operational efficiency.Allocate routes and tasks to the delivery team for optimal coverage.Customer Support:Address customer queries and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of service quality.Performance Monitoring:Track delivery performance metrics, including delivery times, success rates, and feedback.Implement measures to improve delivery speed and reliability.Vendor & Partner Liaison:Collaborate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure seamless operations.Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party delivery services, if applicable.Inventory & Logistics Management:Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and coordinate restocking.Optimize delivery routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.Compliance & Safety:Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations regarding delivery operations.Promote and maintain safety standards for the delivery team.
