In this role, you will be the key link between our company and our customers, ensuring that products are delivered on time and in good condition.Key Responsibilities:- Product Delivery: Safely deliver products to various locations as per customer orders, ensuring timely service.- Route Management: Plan and follow efficient routes for deliveries, minimizing travel time and fuel consumption.- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their orders.- Packing and Loading: Ensure that products are properly packed and loaded onto the delivery vehicle to prevent damage during transportation.- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including noting any issues or delays that occur during the process.- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly check the delivery vehicle to keep it in good working condition, reporting any repairs needed.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should be punctual, responsible, and possess good communication skills. A valid driving license is preferred. Basic knowledge of the local area and navigational skills will help in making timely deliveries.
