Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Operator to manage and maintain our data entries. Verify data for errors and inconsistencies and correct them as needed. Process and organize data according to established guidelines. Retrieve and analyse data to generate reports and insights. Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Perform regular data quality checks and audits. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.Qualifications & Requirements: High school diploma or any computer-based certificate. Proven experience as a Data Operator, Data Entry, or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong typing and data entry skills. Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.Preferred Skills: Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel advanced functions.
