We are looking for a Customs Executive to join our team in Malad East. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience. Candidates must have completed at least their 12th grade education.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Documentation Handling:** Prepare and manage all necessary customs documentation for imports and exports to ensure compliance with regulations.- **Customs Clearance:** Work with customs officials to facilitate the clearance of goods, ensuring all protocols are followed to avoid delays.- **Regulatory Compliance:** Stay updated with customs laws and regulations to ensure that all processes meet legal standards.- **Coordination with Stakeholders:** Communicate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics and address any issues that arise.- **Data Entry and Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of transactions and customs declarations for future reference and audits.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a basic understanding of customs regulations, and good attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with various stakeholders. You should also have basic computer skills, particularly in data entry, to maintain records efficiently.
