We are seeking a dedicated Ramp Service Agent to join our team in Kalimpong, India. This role involves working in a dynamic environment to support the smooth operation of airline services. Freshers are encouraged to apply, and a minimum education level of 10th pass is required.Key Responsibilities:- **Loading and Unloading Baggage**: Responsible for efficiently handling passenger luggage, ensuring it is safely loaded onto or unloaded from aircraft.- **Aircraft Cleaning**: Ensure that the interior and exterior of aircraft are clean and well-maintained between flights.- **Monitoring Equipment**: Check and maintain ramp equipment and vehicles, reporting any issues promptly to ensure safety and efficiency.- **Assisting with Boarding**: Help passengers during the boarding process, ensuring they have the correct tickets and guiding them to their seats.- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on the ramp to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues. Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues.6. Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing support to the customers.Skills1. Fluent in English is must.2. Should have good Oral and written communication.3. An effective communicator, probably fluid with what he/she is speaking.4. Should be a computer basic literate.5.
