Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer success or related role within themanufacturing industry. Diploma Mechanical or equivalent in a relevant field. Proven experience in customer success, production, sales, projects, or a related role. Proficiency in CRM, and MS Excel. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issue
