JOB PURPOSEThe Manager QA/QC will be responsible for managing the complete Quality Assurance and Quality Control function of the organization.The role will ensure that raw materials, manufacturing processes, finished products and dispatches consistently meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, customer requirements and applicable compliance requirements.The Manager QA/QC will establish robust quality systems, lead the QA/QC team, control rejection and rework, manage customer complaints and audits, drive root-cause analysis and CAPA, and continuously improve product and process quality.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA.
